[Reporter Ou Sumei/Taichung Report] A 50-year-old man surnamed Huang was suspected of taking sleeping pills at noon today, and was in a trance. He ran to the car wash run by his sister on Chenggong Road, Fengyuan District, Taichung City, and had a quarrel with his nephew, man surnamed Ye. Male, causing Huang Nan to lose control of his emotions, arguing with Ye Nan with a hatchet, accidentally scratching Ye Nan's left arm and right palm, and self-mutilation and his own back of the head. The two were sent to the hospital for medical treatment, but their lives were not in danger.

The accident happened around noon today. The Fengyuan Police Station of the Fengyuan Sub-bureau received a report at 12:22. There was an injury case on Chenggong Road, Fengyuan District. In a trance, the family members called 119 to inform the ambulance that Huang Nan was sent to the hospital forcibly.

The police investigation pointed out that Huang Nan went to eat at the car wash run by his sister at noon. He was suspected of being mentally ill and dropped vegetable residues while eating, and then had a quarrel with his nephew. The nephew Ye Nan was angry and beat Huang Nan. Ye Nan argued and accidentally scratched Ye Nan's left arm and right palm. Huang Nan followed up and scratched the back of his head with a hatchet. Fortunately, the injuries were minor.
