The armed forces of Ukraine, having eliminated hundreds of mobilized Russians in Makiivka, Donetsk region, broke their own record for the rapid destruction of the occupiers.

The previous achievement was established in May near Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region.

Military and political commentator Oleksandr Kovalenko

told about this in an exclusive interview with

TSN.ua.

"

In fact, a battalion tactical group was destroyed in a matter of minutes

. Before that, the record for the speed of destruction of a battalion tactical group of the Russian invaders during their attempt to force the Siverskyi Donets - a small river. In less than 24 hours, they lost one BTGr, as well as more than 80 pieces of equipment. So, now we can set a new record - the destruction of a battalion-tactical group in a matter of minutes. In addition, they had ammunition, equipment, and ammunition with them," the expert said.

According to him, for the Russians, "this is a large-scale reputational blow, because it is the biggest loss in the shortest time."

"Will we be able to break this record? I hope so, but it will be difficult to do," Kovalenko said.

At the same time, the expert believes, the Kremlin will use the destruction of "mobs" in Donetsk region in its propaganda:

"Now the narrative of revenge can increase the number of mobilized people. They will justify the mobilization in this way. What, you don't want to go and mobilize? We need to take revenge for the "innocently murdered Russian boys in panties" in Makiivka."

It will be recalled that on the night of January 1, exactly at midnight, a HIMARS MLRS strike destroyed the building of the former vocational training center in occupied Makiivka, in which mobilized soldiers of the Russian army were stationed.

According to preliminary data, up to 600 "mobics" from the Samara region of the Russian Federation could be in the premises.

In addition, there was military equipment and ammunition on the territory of the vocational school, which were detonated.

According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, up to 10 units of enemy military equipment of various types were destroyed and damaged in Makiivka.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation recognized the death of 63 mobilized soldiers in Makiivka, later the official number of casualties increased to 89.

Russian propagandists, referring to the "law enforcement agencies" of the so-called "DNR", began to spread information that the "mobs" themselves were to blame for the incident, which apparently allowed themselves to be "calculated" due to the active use of mobile phones.

Military expert

Oleg Zhdanov

, in turn, noted that the version of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation about mobile phones raises questions.
