President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia is preparing a new wave of aggression in the war against Ukraine.
He said this on January 4 during his address to Ukrainians.
The President noted that in a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Denmark, he informed our partners that Russia is preparing a new wave of aggression against Ukraine.
"I want to thank Denmark today - after a conversation with Prime Minister Frederiksen. I informed her about the current situation on the front lines, that Russia is now planning another wave of aggression for the coming months. We must make this wave the last - there is no chance of revenge for terrorists," the president said.
The threat of a repeated attack on Ukraine
In December 2022, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny warned that Russia was preparing for a new major offensive against Ukraine.
Kyiv may also be under threat.
This was confirmed by the Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs, Reznikov and Kuleba.
Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the NSDC, believes that the threat of new aggression exists already in February 2023.
He emphasized that Ukrainians need to prepare to repel the invaders.
