Over the past day, border guards of the Mukachevo detachment stopped 14 men of draft age at the state

who intended to leave the territory of Ukraine outside the checkpoints.

This is reported on the Facebook page of the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service.

Most of the men came to Transcarpathia from other regions.

So, two people came from Dnipropetrovsk region, two more from Kharkiv region, and one evader each from Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Kherson regions, the rest of the detainees are Transcarpathians.

The largest group of five men was detained 800 meters from the border with Romania.

The men also tried to cross the border in the areas of responsibility of the border service departments "Vylok", "Dilove", "Luzhanka", "Tyachiv" and "Dyakove".

Border patrols from these units stopped nine border violators.

Currently, operatives of the detachment are identifying persons involved in the organization of illegal movement of conscript men across the border.

Detainees who have committed an administrative offense provided for in Art.

204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses "Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine", protocols were drawn up, cases were referred to court.
