[Reporter Huang Xulei/Kaohsiung Report] 25 young Japanese students were invited by the Friends of Shinzo Abe in Taiwan to visit TSMC’s Nanke Plant, the Badian Yoichi Memorial Park of the Wushantou Reservoir, and the bronze statue of Shinzo Abe at Bao’an Palace in Hongmao Harbor, Kaohsiung. , along the way, met Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Qimai and Tainan Mayor Huang Weizhe to learn about the current situation in Taiwan.

Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was assassinated in July last year. Representatives of 175 companies in my country, including this newspaper, published a full-page advertisement in the Sankei Shimbun on July 15 to thank for protecting Taiwan. The remaining funds will be provided to more than 20 Japanese young people with aspirations this year. Chen Tangshan emphasized that each Japanese youth will be provided with a one-year scholarship of up to 1 million yen (approximately NT$220,000) to come to Taiwan to experience the local culture, and to further understand the exchanges between Taiwan and local youth.
