The fact that in recent days the Russian occupiers have been using many more attack drones at the same time may indicate several circumstances at once.

Military experts Oleksandr Kovalenko and Petro Chernyk

told

about this in a comment for

TSN.ua.

"It seems to me that now the

occupiers are using drones from the last received batch

. The fact that they are used more often may be due to weather conditions. We see that the weather is quite warm now," suggests

 Oleksandr Kovalenko

, a military-political observer of the "Information Resistance" group . - When there were frosts in December, the fuel system of these devices was modified. Now the Russians do not waste time on this, they use them immediately. The second factor: they tried to spoil our New Year's holidays, and in fact this is an element of terrorist pressure on Ukraine. That is why they are used so much .This may also speak to the Russians' confidence in getting the next batch of "Shahed".

In addition, the expert commented on observations shared by Ukrainians on social networks.

It is about the fact that the air alert does not sound immediately after the launch of drones and unofficial reports, but only when enemy aircraft are detected near Ukrainian cities.

"It all depends on the location from which they are launched. The Russians use tricks to have a minimal probability of detection.

Some of the drones are detected by air defense, a certain percentage is detected visually

," Kovalenko adds.

In turn, expert

Petro Chernyk

commented to us the interval between the launch of enemy drones and the air alarm signals.

"Everything is simple. They fly low, are small, are guided by a satellite and change their motion endlessly. They don't fly in a straight line, they loop. That's the problem - to calculate a small object," says the expert.

In his opinion, the use of drones in such a quantity may indicate that the occupiers have received a new batch.

"There may be a new batch, but it's still not the amount that the Russians need," says Petro Chernyk. launch 20-30 a day, they can't. They are capable of producing up to 40 missiles a month. This figure will decrease, because all their modern missiles have two key elements - semiconductors and microcircuits. They don't have their own, every month they will look for it on world markets everything is harder and harder. But they will search and find. No one can cancel the market, but the flows will decrease."
