"The main problem on the country's agenda is finding a strategy for a way out of the crisis, not dividing society into good and bad, righteous and guilty."

These are the words of the honorary chairman of the DPS

Ahmed Demir Dogan was born on March 29, 1954 in the village of Pchelarovo, Dobrich, but he spent a large part of written 13 years ago, which sound more than relevant today, when hatred and division have wasted our political being, it is stated in a position of DPS

Dogan's political analysis was written as an afterword to Samuel Levy's book The Modern Political Myth.

The text was published by the leader of the Movement, Mustafa Karadai, on the eve of the party's birthday on January 4 and in another spin of the roulette with the mandates to form a regular government to lead the country out of the many crises superimposed on each other.

And above all, the political one, without whose decision a way out of the others cannot be found.

Karadai: In the absence of dialogue, there can be no government

Even then, at the beginning of 2010, Dogan showed the ulcer that opened the messianism in politics with the coming to power of GERB.

“Finding fault in everyone and everything reproduces the basis on which Hero-Saviors become necessary.

Therefore, the theme of guilt and justice and the ostentatious liquidation of the "bad guys" is a typical behavioral matrix of Heroes-Saviors in modern political myths," writes the honorary chairman of the DPS

“Exploiting this theme fuels them with confidence and energy.

Unfortunately, this energy is of low potential and dissipates relatively quickly or turns into Doubt.

And this is what is Tragic about the Heroes-Saviors.

Because whoever does not spare others, does not spare himself," continues the analysis of the honorary chairman of the DPS

According to Dogan, all sadism in society is a form of masochism.

"This logic in the behavior of the Hero-Saviors prepares the ground for their own negation.

After all, this is the foundation and model for achieving Political Catharsis.

In order to open the portals for the real perception of the Political World, we ourselves must be purified and renewed", asserts Dogan.

He is adamant that Heroes-Saviors emerge from "as yet unestablished democratic norms of strong and sometimes attractive representation, but push democracy to the limit of its negation."

The political myth seeks to be self-sufficient, because it turns power into an end in itself, a dictatorship and finally - a condition for catastrophe, warns the founder of DPS

His analysis 13 years ago seemed to predict the political transformation that first brought Boyko Borisov and then "Change" to power.

They entered into the typical behavioral matrix of ostentatiously eliminating the "bad guys" only to become its victims in the end.

The feeling of self-sufficiency gave birth to the GERB model, which turned power into an end in itself and sole rule.

This caused a new transformation, the so-called "change", which in just 7 months showed that it was just a continuation of the model.

The flip side of the same coin, but uglier and scarred.

Because the political catharsis has not taken place.

The participants in the political field are not purified and renewed.

The philosophical justification of the political myth that Dogan gives shows why in the past year 2022 the legends of both the "Heroes-Saviours" and the "bad guys" finally collapsed.

The "heroes" gave out money from the SUV and brought the country into the "Jemcorp" affair, the "bad" DPS

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) is a centrist political party in Bulgaria, using calls for the return of normality in politics.

Something that begins with conversations and dialogue - between parties, institutions, between voters and political subjects, between the authorities and citizens.

In the Heroes-Saviours dialog, there is no branding of the opponent, either.

But before that, as Dogan says, everyone must experience their catharsis.
