The creation of PolyITAN-HP-30 was supervised by the chief designer of the PolyITAN nanosatellite project Borys Rassamakin.

According to the developers, an experiment will be conducted on satellites in space orbit to study the effectiveness of heat pipes as the main element of the thermal stabilization systems of spacecraft.
