"Reports were received from eyewitnesses that the woman violates the traffic rules, creates emergency situations and behaves inappropriately. The police found the violator and began to pursue her. The woman did not stop. Because there was a threat to the life and health of those around her, the police used weapons on the wheels of the car, and the woman was detained "There was a woman with a 2-year-old child in the car's interior," Pavlo Karmanov told us.
