Climatic surprises appeared in different parts of Ukraine, TSN reports. 

In Lviv

, the day before, a temperature record was recorded for almost 90 years of observations, when it was +12 degrees on the first of January.

And this is not the limit.

According to forecasts, it should warm up by another two degrees today.

There is no snow, the sun is warm, birds are singing, no one is wearing winter jackets and coats.

And Lviv residents open the windows in their homes, it's so warm inside.

"Bad luck to Muscovites and Ukraine."

Now the heating is turned off, the window can be opened, the sun is shining, it's wonderful," people say. 

Moreover, warming reduces the load on the energy system, experts say.

After all, consumers turn off individual heating boilers and do not use electric heaters.

Thanks to such savings, the lights were not turned off in the region the day before.

"When the temperature rises a little, consumption decreases accordingly, we cannot give specific figures, but there is such a trend.

Now the temperature is positive, let's turn off the heater, the boiler, it will help.

Perhaps it will completely allow to do without outages, but it will definitely reduce them", - say the local regional energy company.

It was not possible to frighten Ukrainians into Russians with a fierce winter, Lviv residents say, nature itself seems to be helping Ukraine. 

In Vinnytsia

, it is plus ten, and in some places in the sun, the mark reaches thirteen degrees of heat. 

Abnormally warm weather makes it possible for people to save on heating, for whom it is individual, boilers in apartments are generally turned off.

However, the utility workers do not turn off the centralized heating, because who knows how long the heat will linger outside.

"If this weather lasts for at least a month, then we will be able to significantly reduce gas consumption for the production of heat energy and analyze by how much.

While these few days are not enough, it does not have a significant effect on the basis of the reduction in consumption," Alla Korcheva, the spokeswoman for Vinnytsiamiskteploenergo, assures.

The grass has started to turn green on the streets, the townspeople are sharing photos with snowdrops and green periwinkles in the forest.

In some places, flowers began to bloom on the cherry trees.

Forecasters advise to fully enjoy the heat, because tomorrow the temperature will start to drop. 

Fifteen degrees of heat is not the envy of everyone

, but in neighboring Izmail, for example, all plus seventeen.

The weather is almost windless, so it feels like spring has arrived.

And of course, the Odessans reached for the sea.

Walks on the coast in all weathers, but now the promenade and beaches are full of people.

It is already difficult to park a car, it happens in the middle of the holiday season. 

Warm winter days are actually not a surprise for Odessa.

However, this year - according to forecasts - the average January temperature will still exceed the annual temperature by three and a half degrees.

Those who like to dive into the sea took advantage of the warming.

Although there is a ban on swimming due to mine danger, this does not stop some.

This is very dangerous, just the day before in Odesa, another Russian mine washed ashore.

Experts say that a warm mid-winter for Ukraine is almost the norm, and by no means an anomaly.

They claim that there will still be snow and frost ahead, but at least in the south of the country it will be a short-term cooling.

"If we take the last ten or twelve years, this is a kind of norm.

Indeed, it is already such a warm European winter, no matter how cold air invades there, we will still swell up and live, the country will live," ecologists say. 

The current warming in Odessa will last for about a week.

According to forecasts of January 7, thermometers will go down, but not critically.
