Many times after retirement (

), the process of withdrawing money from this account has to be done, and sometimes there is a need to withdraw money from this account as per the requirement.

In such a situation, very few people know that how to withdraw money from PF account.

For this either one has to visit the PF office or one has to get trapped in the affair of some broker. 


To avoid all this, the PF department itself is clarifying how anyone can withdraw money from their PF account by taking precautions.

PF department has prepared a video in this regard.

Through this video, PF account holders have been told how they can withdraw their money. 

Step by step guide to withdraw PF fund

Step 1 First login to the Unified Member Portal with UN Number and Password. 


Step 2 Then click on Online Services.

After this, claim has to be selected from the drop down menu.

Select Form 31, 19 and 10C in this.


Step 3 After this enter the linked bank account number and then verify.


Step 4 After this give the reason for leaving the services


Step 5 After that select PF Withdrawal only from the drop down (Form 19).

Along with this, choose I want to apply for. 


Step 6 Along with this Form 15G/H next is applicable then upload it. 


Step 7 After this fill the complete address and upload the copy of original check and scan copy of passbook.


Step 8 After this check the disclaimer and click on Get Aadhaar OTP.


Step 9: After this, fill the OTP received on the mobile at the right place.


Step 10 After this submit the application.

After filling Form 19 completely, follow the same process to fill Form 10C.

After this the amount will be deposited in the given bank account.

This same account will be linked to UAN.

For information, let us tell you that Form 19/10C can be filled only after two months of retirement or leaving the job.
