In the Mykolaiv region, a 45-year-old man

raped

his 88-year-old neighbor.

This was reported by Serhiy Shaikhet, the head of the NU NP of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region.

"It is not clear what drives people, if of course they can be called that, when they commit violent crimes, and also in relation to the elderly. After living for 88 years, a woman became a victim of sexual violence by her 45-year-old neighbor, because he overdid it with alcohol." , - wrote Shaikhet.

The law enforcement officers have already detained the perpetrator, and the investigators informed him of the suspicion under Part 1 of Art.

152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "rape".

"I hope that the attacker will receive the maximum punishment and will have time to come to the appropriate conclusions during five years behind bars," - summed up the regional police chief.

offered a lift and raped

a 16-year-old girl.

He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for what he did.
