Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, commented on NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's statement that Russia's war against Ukraine will be protracted.

Podolyak said this on the air of a nationwide telethon.

"Stoltenberg speaks the same way as other leaders of our allied countries. They say that regardless of the duration of the war, they will support humanitarian programs by supplying weapons, providing financial assistance

As for how deeply they understand the war, the resource capabilities of Russia and Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov (the head of the GUR. - Ed.) talks about this in more depth.

Because we see today how the war is developing, we see the psychological state in Ukraine and in the Russian Federation," said Podolyak.

It should be noted that Kyrylo Budanov stated that the war should end by the summer of 2023.

After that, there will be an exit to the borders of 1991.

Podolyak emphasized that for such a result, Ukraine desperately needs missiles capable of flying 200-300 km.

The adviser to the head of the OP is convinced that the mobilization in Russia will continue, and the borders will be closed.

In his opinion, Russia no longer has the resources to wage war.

And what is there is not enough for a significant change in the position at the front.

"2023 will be the year of finalization of the fate of the Russian Federation," Podolyak concluded.

Previously, TSN.ua collected forecasts of experts, as well as Ukrainian and foreign high-ranking officials and politicians regarding the development of events next year.

Former head of the Luhansk military-civilian administration, ex-minister for temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons Giorgiy Tuka believes that the war will end in at least 2-3 years.
