Among the 140 Ukrainian defenders released from captivity by the Russian Federation on December 31, a representative of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people, paramedic from "Azovstal" Azov native Asan Isenadzhiev, as well as serviceman of the "Azov" regiment Arseniy Fedosyuk "Protses".

Tamila Tasheva, the permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, announced the dismissal of Asan Isenadzhiev on her Facebook page.

"The brave Ukrainian soldier, representative of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people, paramedic from "Azovstal" Asan Isenadzhiev returned home from enemy captivity! From the first day of the full-scale invasion, he saved the lives of our citizens - military and civilians," she wrote.

It is worth noting that in April, a

photo of his bloody hands

 brought Ukrainians to tears.

The photo shared by the medic on his Instagram shows his bloodied hands in gloves, which he folded into the shape of a heart.

"Tell my mother the words - I saw so much pain, but I will never break," Asan Isenajiev captioned the photo.
