Russia

may attack Ukraine with drones as it prepares for another massive missile strike.

The head of the United Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Nataliya Humenyuk, warned about this on the air of the telethon.

She warned that the occupiers had received a batch of drones from Iran and could use them to attack Ukraine.

"Now, the enemy's ships in the Black Sea have been significantly reduced, they have only 5 left, and missile carriers at the base points. They are not on combat duty. But we remember that they worked hard before that, they used a lot of Calibers, namely therefore, they need time to re-equip. Now, in preparation for this (attack - ed.), it is quite likely that they will use more drone attacks, and in the meantime, they will pull up missile carriers," Humenyuk said.

According to Humenyuk, the southern region is a "transit" for Russian missiles, so it depends on the work of air defense whether the missiles will reach deep into Ukraine.

"Now the enemy is trying to terrorize the areas adjacent to the front line - the Zaporizhzhia area, the Dnipropetrovsk region (Nikopol district), etc.," the spokeswoman said.

She added that she generally remains quite tense, but in control.

The effective repulse of the Ukrainian defenders makes the enemy nervous and constantly regroup.

According to the Navy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as of January 1, 2023, Russia has six ships on combat duty in the Black and Azov Seas, and

five Kalibr carriers with a salvo of 72 missiles in the Mediterranean Sea.

We will remind you that

the intelligence agency said how many more missiles the Russian Federation will have for mass strikes.
