Actor of the Studio "

Kvartal 95

", humorist and parodist

Yuriy Velikiy

shared whether there are Russians among the viewers of his parodies.

In an interview with the TSN.ua site, Velikiy said that many Russians watch his videos on YouTube and respond positively to the artist's parodies, where he mocks the Russian government and its henchmen.

"There are a lot of Russians. A lot of Belarusians, Kazakhs. Kazakhs support us a lot. Azerbaijanis support us. There are a lot of positive responses among Russians. People write that they are against the Putin regime, that they understand all this horror that is happening now. They write, what do they have there, where it is impossible to say anything, because you can be imprisoned, these parodies are a breath of fresh air, because they watch, they also see, they also understand that their government is disgusting. When you make fun of it, they stop being scary , they cease to be all-powerful, as they think. It is very important to ridicule the enemy, to show his insignificance. Both our citizens and theirs see this," Velikiy commented.

At the same time, the parodist admitted that there is just as much hate from Russians.

Some of them even carried out attacks and blocked the artist's video on YouTube:

"On YouTube, one of the series about Vanya and Nastya fell into the 18+ category. Moreover, there were no dirty words or slurs, there was no such thing. After that, I filed an appeal and within a day YouTube returned the video to free access again. I as I understand it, there was a small attack, when mass complaints were thrown at my video," Yuriy shared.

The actor added that he was repeatedly blocked on TikTok because of the Russians:

"The Russians were constantly blocking videos. At that time, the entire TikTok, which was for the CIS countries, its main office, as far as I know, was located in Moscow. They had access, they could block anything. Almost the FSB was doing it. That's what I was told , I won't say that this is true. They constantly blocked my videos, constantly threw some kind of complaints. And I even had my account blocked twice forever. And I somehow pulled it out. And it was already blocked for the third time, I lost it," Velikiy commented.

The actor explained that it was important for him to post videos on TikTok, because there, most often, parodies were watched by our defenders:

"I always posted videos there, because a lot of our defenders watched parodies on TikTok. Konoshenkova is their favorite character, who always says that "they don't have a father". That's why I recorded for TikTok too. Even when I was blocked permanently , I opened a new account. And I also teach something there, but there, it seems to me, I am in a shadowy bath. Because on YouTube, a video can gain a million in a day and a half, and the same video on TikTok will gain one and a half thousand," explained the humorist.

We will remind, earlier Yuriy Velikiy told how he managed to attract journalist Volodymyr

Zolkin to shoot his parody about the occupier Vanka and his wife Nastya
