The Changhua branch pointed out that before the election polling day, the Changhua County and Nantou County Election Commissions were requested to provide the list of candidates for various elections. After checking and comparing, a total of 155 candidates in the jurisdiction were in arrears of taxes, fees, fines and other public law payments. The obligation has not been fulfilled.
