The occupation police in different parts of Crimea immediately came to several Crimean Tatar activists.

They were warned about "the inadmissibility of violating the law."

This was reported by the non-governmental organization "Crimean Solidarity".

It is noted that the occupying law enforcement officers came to Ebazer Islyamov and Eskender Dzhelyalov in Nizhnyohirsky District, to Elmaz Akimova in Simferopol District and to Seitosman Karaliyev in Sudak.

The document from the occupation police is designed as an "official warning".

It records that "preventive talks were held with the activists regarding the prevention of violations of the law and the possibility of bringing them to justice."

In particular, Russian policemen referred to Article 19.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – disobedience to a police officer.

Elmaz Akimova said that she was not given a written warning, but the employees checked the relevance of the address and her whereabouts in this way.

An employee of Center "E" - police major Oleg Pitser - came to her together with "law enforcement officers".

The girl was surprised, they said, usually such visits were timed to the dates of possible mass gatherings - the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Deportation or the Day of the Crimean Tatar Flag.

When the activist asked why they called her, "law enforcement officers" informed that they were "following the order of the management to check the residence of some people."

The public defender from Sudak Seytosman Karaliev believes that "another planned act of intimidation" is taking place and connects it with the collective support of the Crimean Tatars for the political prisoners of Crimea.

"They came today in the afternoon and brought a warning. This is not the first time. And the police officers who live in our city have already come to see me many times, so we have talked with many of them on this topic more than once. That is why we had today's conversation not long," he said.

In 2018, the activist Ebazer Islyamov was brought to administrative responsibility - he was fined 2,000 rubles for a post on the Internet.

Eskender Dzhelyalov was not allowed to attend the public trial in the case of Crimean Muslims in 2021, and then was fined 10,000 rubles for "violating the order of holding public meetings."

In 2018, in Bakhchisarai, Elmaz Akimova held a single picket near the historical and cultural complex "Khansky Palace" with the poster "hands off the Khansky Palace".

Two provocateurs tore up the poster, and the girl was taken to the police.

Elmaz is engaged in public activism and citizen journalism.

In previous years, Elmaz was repeatedly warned by the police and the prosecutor's office about participating in rallies.

We will remind you that the "court" in the annexed Crimea sentenced citizen journalist and nurse Iryna Danylovych to seven years of imprisonment.

She was also fined 50,000 rubles.

The journalist was charged with possession of an improvised explosive device.
