44 -year-old citizen of Latvia was accused of calling in social media for restrictive measures aimed at harming the national security of Belarus (part 3 of article 361), inciting another

social enmity (Part 2 of Art. 130), insulting a representative of the government (Art. 369) and insulting Lukashenka (Part 1 and Part 2 of Art. 368).

It is also known that Mihailaus was placed in a closed psychiatric clinic for an examination.

On December 30, the sentence was passed: imprisonment for four years in a colony under the conditions of the general regime.

The trial began on December 14.

Dmitriys Mihailovs was detained on March 1, 2022 and placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Minsk, in October Mihailovs was included in the "List of persons involved in terrorist activities".
