According to Yermak, the unity of the majority of countries is necessary to exclude Russia from the UN Security Council.

Ukraine, in turn, is already working on this.

He said this in an interview with Natalia Moseichuk.

"Today it has become more real than it was when they started talking about it. I think that this is, again, a process when it is necessary that not only we (show the initiative - ed.), not only the closest partners, but the majority countries," Yermak said.

The head of the OP emphasized that it is necessary to communicate a lot and understand that "10-20 countries can depend on one word."

"It is very important, when we set something as a goal, to also understand the interests of our partners," Yermak added.

According to him, each leader pays attention to different things.

In particular, the speaker of the US House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, was very moved by the fate of children deported to Russia.

"Everyone is affected by different things. Pelosi, when we spoke, when she heard the number of deported children who are illegally adopted by Russians today and even today it will be difficult to establish the name of many, she was shocked. She said it 5 times. She was a very brave woman. I think she is a great friend of Ukraine," Yermak said.

We will remind, earlier the vice chancellor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia said that the majority of states do not share Ukraine's approach to the issue of Russia's membership in the UN Security Council, therefore the issue of Russia's exclusion from this body is currently not promising.
