In the video message, a man wearing a mask and a modified voice speaks, claiming that "Serbia's autocratic president, who is a puppet of Vladimir Putin, is trying to destabilize the region using the mechanisms of violence and terror of the war criminal (former president of Serbia) Slobodan Milosevic."

"In the midst of the war in Ukraine, Serbia is the only country to officially declare its alliance with Russia, rejecting the West's constant calls to join EU sanctions (against Russia)," added the masked Anonymous representative.

Vucic: The West wants the situation in Kosovo to worsen

According to the hacker group, Vucic is destroying regional stability and threatening the territorial integrity of Kosovo with his desire to return Serbian soldiers to Kosovo's border areas.

"Encouraging violence, attacks on journalists, police, Kosovo institutions and internationally mandated institutions, as well as setting up barricades (…) is part of the (Serbian) government's strategy to (…) take Kosovo and the region hostage of the rhetoric of the past," the video also says.

Anonymous threatens that they will not remain indifferent to the events and their reaction will be "decisive and immediate".

"We are not a small and powerless group to be ignored, we are an organized worldwide active collective of like-minded individuals and our message is clear," the video's description on Twitter reads.
