"Border guards of the Galinka outpost found the body of a Togolese citizen near the border... The border at this section passes through the Svislach River and has no engineering barriers," the Border Committee of Belarus said in a statement.

Over the past month, Belarusian border guards have found 3 dead migrants.

A total of 8 dead foreigners have been found since the beginning of the year.
