The District Court in Montana issued a permanent restraining order for L.I.C.

(32 years old) from the village of Gabrovnitsa, accused of the intentional murder of his fellow villager and friend N.E.R.

(63 years old), the Courthouse in Montana announced.

On the evening of December 23, the two gathered for a treat at N.E.R.'s home, but at one point they quarreled, as L.I.C.

took the knife that was on the table and killed his comrade in a cup with it.

A neighbor heard the screams and called an ambulance, but upon arrival, the medical team found the owner dead.

The police were immediately called and L.I.C was found and arrested in one of the other rooms of the house.

The court in Motana told BTA that the most severe measure "Detention in custody" was taken in view of the gravity of the crime and because of the danger that the killer would abscond or commit another crime.

According to the charges brought against him, L.I.C.

may receive 10 to 20 years in prison.

The decision of the court in Montana can be appealed to the Court of Appeal in Sofia, the Court of Justice in Montana specified.
