During the night, the cloudiness over Southern Bulgaria will decrease and it will be mostly clear over most of the country, reports the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH). It will be almost quiet with minimum temperatures between minus 3°C and 2°C, in Sofia - around minus 1°C. Tomorrow before noon in many places in the flat part of the country and some valleys it will be foggy or low stratus clouds. It will be sunny and relatively warm in the mountains throughout the day. In Eastern Bulgaria, a light wind will blow from the southwest, in the rest of the regions it will be almost calm. The maximum temperature will be between 8°C and 13°C, slightly lower in places with permanent fog, in Sofia - around 9°C.
It will be mostly sunny along the Black Sea.
In the morning hours, visibility will be reduced in some places.
A weak south-westerly wind will blow.
The maximum temperatures will be 10°C-11°C, close to sea water temperature.
