The capital authorities announce the opening of new "Points of Invincibility".

Now it is known that

more than 430 such points have already been opened

.

At the same time, Kyiv residents complain that not all points accept those who wish.

This was very acutely felt after the rocket attack on December 19, when the capital's residents were left without electricity, heat and communication for a long time.

Capital officials explain that it

is quite difficult to provide such points to the million-strong Kyiv

, so the authorities call on businesses to join in the creation of heating points.

But such cooperation is not always effective.

For example, in one of the residential complexes on Kakhovska Street, the management company decided to create a heating point.

According to residents, a generator, a technical water tank, a kettle and a heater were purchased.

But people were told that this heating point does not work around the clock and at the request of residents, but will function only at clearly defined hours.

Residents are promised access to the heating point in the event of a complete blackout in the city for more than 6 hours.

The management company notes that if looting, rudeness or other manifestations of intemperance are detected at the point, the point will be closed.

Residents are indignant that, in fact, this item was created for the "tick".

There are many complaints from Kyiv residents about the "Points of Invincibility", which should operate in the capital's schools and gymnasiums.

Residents of the capital report that in many schools they were simply not allowed to go to such points.

"At one of the educational institutions in Oboloni, they explained to us that the clause is valid. But they have not turned on the generator yet. That is why they put two chairs and a table at the entrance to the educational institution, where you can charge your phone," Dmytro, a resident of Oboloni, tells us.

In one of the gymnasiums in Poznyak, the capital, they are also in no hurry to receive visitors, although there is a sign at the entrance that this is the "Point of Invincibility".

People are not allowed beyond the hall of the institution.

There are two tables with carriers for charging phones.

"The guard of the school explained to us that they do not accept visitors yet. When we came to this "Point of Unbreakability", there was no light in the gymnasium. The guard said that for now this is the entire "Point of Unbreakability", they say, come when the light appears And the point will be fully operational when the children go on vacation - then come," Oleksandr, a resident of Poznyaki, tells us.

The TSN.ua site has asked the Kyiv City Military Administration for clarification.

They note there that they are not responsible for "Points of Inviolability", which were created on the basis of condominiums and housing complexes.

"The Kyiv City Military Administration is responsible for the "Points of Invincibility", which are located in schools, district state administrations, and mobile points of the State Emergency Service. In total, there are more than 430 stationary points in the capital and an additional 60 tents of the State Emergency Service. We are not responsible for the activities of the "Points of Unbreakability" created on on the basis of the housing complex. This is a public initiative," the press service of the KMVA informed TSN.ua website.

It was also explained there when "Points of Invincibility" will work at full capacity in educational institutions of the capital.

"Points of Invincibility", deployed on the basis of educational institutions, primarily perform their educational function.

Therefore, visiting such "Points of Unbreakability" during the educational process on safety issues for children may be limited.

However, in the event of a complete blackout, it will be possible to visit such "Points of Unbreakability" 24/7 and without hindrance," the KMVA press service explains to TSN.ua.

We will remind you that earlier the general director of YASNO told about the current situation with light in Kyiv.
