The Ministry of Education announced earlier the registration rate of new students in colleges and universities in the 111 academic year. There are 19 schools whose registration rate has not reached 60%, and the number of schools has increased by nearly 2 times compared with the 7 schools last year.

Among them, Gaoyuan University of Science and Technology has the lowest registration rate of only 24.51%. Among the private schools, Chang Gung University of Science and Technology and Chung Yuan University have a registration rate of over 97%.

According to the latest information from the public information platform of colleges and universities (https://udb.moe.edu.tw/udata/Index), the registration rate of the 111 school year did not reach 60%, including Gaoyuan University of Science and Technology 24.51%, Oriental Design University 26.30%, St. John’s University of Science and Technology 35.31%, Mingdao University 39.47%, Huaxia University of Science and Technology 42.39%, Truth University 46.27%, Taitung College 47.29%.

It also includes Wufeng University of Science and Technology 51.11%, Cihui Medical College 51.51%, Changrong University 53.35%, Far Eastern University of Science and Technology 53.84%, Taiwan Presbyterian Church Nanshen Seminary 56%, Hongguo Delin University of Science and Technology 56.15%, Jingguo School of Management 56.63%, Xiuping University of Science and Technology 57.45%, China University of Science and Technology 57.88%, Daye University 58.07%, Culture University 58.89%, Jianan University of Pharmacology 59.47%, etc.

In terms of schools with full enrollment, there are 9 schools in the country. Except for 2 religious-related schools, the remaining 7 are national universities, namely Tsinghua University, Chenggong University, Chung Hsing University, Yangming Jiaotong University, National Central University, Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei University of Technology, etc.; and private schools that have not reached full enrollment but relatively better performance include Chang Gung University of Science and Technology 98.10%,

Chung Yuan University (97.36%) and Mackay Medical College (96.72%) are the top three. Mingzhi University of Science and Technology, Feng Chia University, Xinxin Medical College, Taipei Medical College, and Shuren Medical College all have registration rates exceeding 95%.
