The Kremlin is changing its operational steps, but its tactics are the same.

The strategic goal of the Russian government remains unchanged - the destruction of the state of Ukraine and the physical destruction of the Ukrainian nation - every speaker of the Ukrainian language.

Therefore, it is impossible to talk about a defense strategy.

Military expert Serhii Grabskyi told about this in an exclusive interview with TSN.ua.

"The adversary still continues to gather troops, tries to accumulate forces and means in order to destroy you and me. I would talk about an operational change of the Kremlin's steps. He is doing everything possible to stabilize the front line, to prevent the further advance of our troops to the east and to the south, in any way to win any time in order to accumulate forces and means. They are already doing it," Serhiy Grabskyi noted.

According to him, having gained time, the enemy will go on the offensive again.

This confirms that the Kremlin's strategy has not changed in any way.

At the same time, Russians understand that Ukraine is currently much stronger than it was on February 24, 2022.

However, the Kremlin's overall narrative remains unchanged: the destruction of the Ukrainian state.

Meanwhile, analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) noted that Moscow continues to make efforts to drag Ukraine into negotiations on its terms.

Austria expressed doubt that "there will ever be a winner" in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

She believes that negotiations will take place sooner or later.
