APA reports that the chairman of the center, Farid Shafiyev, said that the Center for the Analysis of International Relations, which has been operating for more than 3 years, was active in 2022 as well.

The organization has established its activities in the direction of delivering the country's foreign policy agenda to the world and local public through articles, reports, analyses, events, and interviews.

"In addition to the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process being at the center, the center's products covered transport and energy projects in the region, bilateral cooperation relations, Azerbaijan's participation in international organizations, political processes taking place in the world and the effects of these processes on Azerbaijan. The general goal is to convey the truths of Azerbaijan to foreign audiences in their own languages. During the year, about 200 references and analyzes were prepared by the staff of the center. This year, 12 experts from Belgium, Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, Egypt, Jordan, Algeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Malaysia, within the framework of the AIDA program implemented jointly by the International Development Assistance Agency (AIDA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UNM, at different times throughout the year. They participated in the scholarship program at the Center for the Analysis of International Relations.

During their stay in Azerbaijan, they conducted various researches about Azerbaijan and attended meetings.

As mentioned, UNM has signed 4 memorandums of understanding this year.

These are memoranda of understanding on the development of cooperation between think tanks and the creation of the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Expert Council within the framework of the 8th meeting of the official think tanks on foreign policy research of the "New Direction" Institute of Belgium, the Muslim Institute of Pakistan, member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States.

With this, the number of foreign partners with whom we cooperate has reached 35.

During the year, the employees of the center gave about 400 interviews to the local media about the processes taking place in foreign policy, and participated in discussions and analytical programs.

Also, in order to inform the world community about the processes taking place in the country, foreign media, including "Al Jazeera", "Voice of America" ​​channels, "Forbes", "Diplomatic World" magazines, various media outlets of France, Israel, Serbia, Turkey from 30 they gave many interviews.

Since this year, the International Relations Analysis Center has started preparing video materials and interviews.

The process was activated at the end of the year and will continue more rapidly in the following years.

So far, interviews with former US ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Sekuta, former foreign ministers Hasan Hasanov, Elmar Mammadyarov, professor of the University of Utah in the USA Hakan Yavuz, scientific worker of the Jamestown Foundation Vladimir Sokor have been conducted and received with great attention.

This work is also considered as one of the means of informing the international audience about information about Azerbaijan in their own language," he added.
