The commander of the Russian tank, originally from Buryatia, was declared a suspect.

He attacked a civilian resident of the Kyiv region, took him prisoner and forced him to help with threats.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the investigation, the suspect robbed the man and threatened to kill him.

The Russian forced a civilian to show a safe way to the village of Kopyliv, Makariv district.

In his opinion, there was a unit of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

The victim was able to escape along the road to the village.

A soldier of the armed forces of the Russian Federation was declared in absentia on suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It is known that the tanker took part in the occupation of the territory of the Makariv district in the Kyiv region.

After the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he was hiding in the forest and was looking for a way to safely reach the Russian military formations.
