How to make Ragi Idli- How To Make Ragi Idli Recipe: 

First of all, roast semolina in a pan on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Let it cool down.

Take a big bowl, add semolina, ragi, curd, green coriander and salt in this bowl.

Mix all the ingredients, add water little by little till you get a smooth batter.

Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Now take the batter and add a pinch of baking soda to it.

Take out a tray from your idli steamer, grease it with some oil.

Carefully pour the idli batter into the mould.

Place it in a steamer and steam for 6-7 minutes.

After steaming, let it cool for 2-3 minutes, then start de-moulding.
