No matter how many Russians Putin's regime manages to mobilize, millions of "cannon fodder" will not be a decisive factor in the war with Ukraine.

This was stated by military expert Mykhailo Samus, Espresso informs.

"If the Russians are going to increase their army, then it is unlikely that we need to act symmetrically. Valery Zaluzhnyi spoke about this in his interview. He said that he does not need people yet. He needs equipment and weapons. He is saying the right things." Samus explained.

According to him, the number of troops does not play a key role in modern warfare.

Therefore, a new wave of mobilization in the Russian Federation will not change Ukraine's strategic initiative in the war.

Samus believes that even 2 million Russian troops will not lead to a turning point in the war in favor of Moscow.

"If we continue to receive high-precision and modern weapons, no matter how much the Russians mobilize people, the situation will not change for them. We will continue to gradually destroy their warehouses, headquarters and personnel deployment locations," the expert concluded.

Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi said that the mobilization in Russia really worked.

According to him, the Russians are training about 200,000 new soldiers.

Zaluzhnyi does not rule out that they will try to attack Kyiv again.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that those people who are already in the army are enough for him.

"I need 300 tanks, 600-700 BMP, 500 howitzers," said the general.
