Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, commented on the explosions at the Engels-2 Russian airfield.

He noted that the events on the territory of the aggressor country are "an objective consequence of the process called war."

Podolyak said this on the air of an information telethon on December 26.

"Everything that is happening in Russia today - and the number of excesses, and not only in Engels, is increasing - is related to the loss of controllability of processes in Russia itself. The number of sabotages, undetected detonations, fires at critical facilities, in particular in Engels and Diaghilev," he noted.

Podolyak added that fires at Russian facilities are a consequence of the fact that the aggressor country cannot buy additional spare parts and receive the necessary consultations from foreign specialists.

According to the advisor of the OP chairman, such "excesses", including in Engels, "will be very, very many".
