Who is Hristo Grozev

Grozev is a Bulgarian media expert, an investigative journalist for Bellingcat, one of the main authors of the investigation into the involvement of the FSB in the poisoning of Alexei Navalny.

In July of this year, the FSB accused Grozev of helping Ukrainian intelligence, which, according to the agency, planned to hijack a Russian military plane.

However, the opening of a criminal case was not reported at that time.

Also, Bellingcat investigated the so-called "case of the Wagnerites" in 2021.

In addition, this publication actively covers the Russian-Ukrainian war, especially regarding the plans of the Russian Federation and the mood in the Kremlin.

Thus, according to Bellingcat, in September, Putin ordered oligarchs and state institutions to create PMCs for the "new stage" of the war.
