In Russia, a criminal case for "discrediting the army" was opened against the occupier Danylo Frolkin, who confessed to the murder of a Ukrainian civilian.

The Insider writes about it.

21-year-old occupier Danylo Frolkin admitted that during the occupation of Kyiv region he shot a Ukrainian civilian.

The invader also participated in looting.

After the confession of the Russian, a criminal case was opened in the Russian Federation against the occupier, but not because of the robbery and murder of a Ukrainian, but because of the "fake about the army".

The occupier confessed to killing a Ukrainian in the Kyiv region: what is known

During the occupation of the village of Andriyivka, Kyiv region, the Russians killed

13 people, and another 40 people went missing.

One of the executioners is 21-year-old Danylo Frolkin.

He robbed the homes of Ukrainians and confessed to killing a civilian.

In a conversation with the Russian media, he confirmed that the occupiers

robbed Ukrainians en masse and took the stolen property to Russia in trucks.

He claims that it was directed by

Colonel Vyacheslav Klobukov.

At first, Danylo Frolkin denied his involvement in the murder of Ukrainians, but later admitted that he

had killed a civilian without a trial and investigation

, as he was suspected of passing on the coordinates of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"I, a serviceman of military unit 51460, guards corporal, Frolkin Danylo Andriyovych,

confess to all the crimes

I committed in Andriivka, shooting civilians, robbing civilians, seizing their phones, and the fact that our command in does not put our soldiers, all the infantry fighting on the front line, on the front line," said Frolkin.

Frolkin probably killed villager

Ruslan Yaremchuk.

However, the Russian did not repent of shooting the Ukrainian.

"I just took him out of the house. We found shell casings in him that the officers use. And that's it. I tell him, 'Go ahead.' He goes forward. I tell him, 'Kneel.'

And I just shoot him in the forehead.

"Then I was shaken for a very long time. I hurt one person, but I wanted to save as many people as possible," said Frolkin.
