In Gautam Buddha Nagar, a case of death has come to light after a bike rider was beaten up for not giving side on the road.

According to the police, in Ganda Nala Parvatiya Colony, some youths stopped a bike rider from giving side.

There was an argument between them.

In no time, it turned into a scuffle.

Together, the youths thrashed the bike rider and fled.

Passengers took the bike rider to the hospital in a seriously injured condition.

He died during treatment.

The police have arrested four accused including a minor in this case.

According to the police, the accused have been identified as Sachin s/o Rajkishore resident of Bhatta Parsaul village, Govind alias Govinda s/o Ramniwas contractor resident of Pulia, Jayprakash s/o Manakchand resident of Foot Road Parvatiya Colony. 

At the same time, the minor is also a resident of Parvatiya Colony.

A case has been registered against the accused under sections of murder in police station Saran.

The police will present all three in the court on Tuesday.

Action will be taken in relation to the minor accused as per rules.
