Additional Superintendent of Police Anil Sonkar gave information on the viral video of the heart-wrenching fight from Mauganj police station area.
He told that the young man and the girl were in contact with each other for a long time.

But the girl's relatives were refusing, due to which she refused to marry, then the young man got angry and beat up his girlfriend.
The video of this fight was made by one of his companions, despite his friend's refusal, he made that video viral.
As soon as the video went viral, the police took cognizance of the matter and took one accused into custody, the police is looking for the rest.
The police is hopeful that soon they will catch the rest as well.
It is clearly visible in the video that first the young man slaps the girlfriend hard, then throws her on the ground and beats her fiercely with kicks and punches, the girlfriend fainted during the fight.
For a long time the girl was lying on the roadside in a state of unconsciousness, after which the villagers who reached the spot informed the Dial 100 police.
After getting the information, the police reached and took the girl to the hospital for treatment and registered a case.
Information has been received about the love affair between the young man and the girl.
The man who assaulted is a resident of Dhera village in Mauganj while the girl is from some other village.
There was a dispute between these two about something and the boy beat up the girl.
The people present on the spot informed the Dial 100 police, after which the police reached the spot and brought the young man and the young woman with them. After which the young woman was sent to the hospital for treatment.
The mother of the girl who reached the police station did not get any action taken.
Acting on the basis of the viral video, the police have registered a crime against the youth.
