[Reporter Jiang Zhixiong/Yilan Report] Yilan County Mayor Lin Zimiao, who was successfully re-elected, was sworn in as the 19th county magistrate today under the oath of Yilan County Education Minister Pan Wenzhong. In her speech, she thanked the villagers for their full support and will continue to work hard Move forward.

At the swearing-in ceremony, Lin Zimiao was accompanied by Lin Maosheng, deputy county magistrate of Xinke, and the first-level supervisor of the county government, and took the oath.

Lin Zimiao said that since she took office as county magistrate, she has done everything she said, including free nutritious lunches for schoolchildren and free book fees. Elevated 49 billion yuan, Eastern Express Railway 99 billion yuan, Taiwan 62 Line extension Toucheng 100 billion yuan, Taiwan 2 Geng extension line 14.7 billion yuan, these are the achievements of everyone's hard work in the past 4 years.

Lin Zimiao was asked what she would most like to do in the next four years of her tenure?

She replied that she will work hard to actively promote various constructions in Yilan County, and also hope that the villagers will be safe, smooth and healthy.

After the swearing-in ceremony of the county magistrate, Lin Zimiao presided over the ceremony for five government officials in the county government, including Deputy County Magistrate Lin Maosheng, Director of Social Affairs Lin Cangcai, Director of Labor Department Lin Wenyu, Director of the Secretariat Zeng Chengyang, and Director of Cultural Affairs Bureau Lu Xinfang.

There are 6 candidates for the current Yilan county magistrate election. Lin Zimiao, a member of the Kuomintang, received 119,421 votes and was re-elected with 50.76% of the votes.
