The accused in this case knows the victim's family very well.

Delhi Police has arrested 2 people including a dance teacher on charges of extortion.

The accused was sending the photos of the children to whom he has been teaching dance for the last 10 years to their families by cross marking them and demanding money.

The facts of the matter are that on the afternoon of December 20 last, the complainant, a resident of Dayanand Vihar, received a message on 'Whatsapp', in which the picture of his son and daughter came in the message with a cross marked on it.

After this, an unknown person called the victim on WhatsApp and gave him many information related to his family, calling himself a gangster.

The complainant in this case disconnected the phone out of fear and blocked the mobile number.

Then after 10 minutes, the caller sent the same crossed photo to the complainant's wife with the message, "Pick up phone mera abhi, tujhe call kar raha hoon, if you dare pick up my phone, I will kill both your children in 24 hours." I will enter the house and take the children." On this, the wife of the complainant also blocked the number and told about the message received by the complainant.

The complainant in this case was sitting with his friend and he used his friend's mobile phone to call the accused.

The accused did not attend the call but called back on the mobile phone of the complainant.

The accused demanded Rs 15 lakh for each child and threatened to kill the children before 11 a.m. of the complainant, the police conducted continuous interrogation and raids in Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida and across Yamuna areas and After much effort, the team arrested Vishnu Mishra, 28, and Durga Dutt Singh, 27, from New Ashok Nagar and Dadri (UP).

Vishnu Mishra is the main conspirator of this extortion.

The accused in this case knows the victim's family very well because he is the dance teacher of the victim's family for the last 10 years.

Investigation revealed that many rich families of posh colonies of East Delhi are his clients and he gives dance classes to them.

He is in great demand in marriages and other family functions whereas Durga Dutt is the caller who called the victim's family for extortion.
