2. Secretary-General Xie Shijie, 62 years old, graduated from the Institute of Engineering Science and Technology of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, and served as the section chief of the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Taipei City Government, the director of the Tainan City Taxation Bureau, the chairman of the Tainan City Election Committee, and the Tainan City Government Secretary-General, Director of Tainan City Environmental Protection Bureau, etc.
