"The bandit gang led by the Vardanyan-Arutunyan couple is de facto holding the residents of Khankendi hostage and is carrying out a policy of terrorism."

Tural Ganjaliyev, deputy of Khankendi electoral district No. 122, said this in his statement to APA.

Tural Ganjaliyev said that although the Lachin-Khankendi road is open, the bandit gang does not allow ordinary people to use that road to create a false image of crisis and confuse the world community: "All this is the illegal actions of the Vardanya-Arutunyan couple, the illegal looting of natural resources belonging to the people of Azerbaijan. aims to hide it from the world community.

This is the only issue that this band of robbers cares about.

The Vardanya-Arutunyan couple will not be able to achieve their goals.

The purpose of the protest held by Azerbaijani ecoactivists on the Lachin-Khankendi road is also known.

The goal is to put an end to the illegal looting of Azerbaijani wealth.

The Vardanya-Arutunyan couple tried to confuse the world community with lies that the protestors blocked the road and that humanitarian cargo was not even released.

but that didn't work either.

On the other hand, they also spread false information about the alleged clash of peaceful protestors with Russian peacekeepers.

All this has been exposed."

The MP noted that currently the Vardanya-Arutunyan couple is putting pressure on Khankendi residents who do not agree with their illegal acts and terrorist activities, even beating and torturing them.

The social network accounts of Khankendi residents are also monitored and inspected: "Recently, several Khankendi residents exposed the Vardanya-Arutunyan couple on their social network profiles.

Our Armenian citizens living in Karabakh should continue to expose the actions of the Vardanya-Arutunyan couple who are holding them hostage, this illegal network, and they should vote for the protesters on the Lachin-Khankendi road and be with them in order to reject these elements from Karabakh."

Tural Ganjaliyev drew attention to the non-serious behavior of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan against the background of these processes: "The Armenian authorities sometimes look for the problem in the Russian peacekeepers, sometimes make various statements to put the Collective Security Treaty Organization against Azerbaijan.

When the members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization expose the destructive actions of Armenia and express their objections, they try to attract foreign powers to the region.

Back in Sochi, Pashinyan stated that Russian peacekeepers should stay in Karabakh indefinitely.

Now he says that Russian peacekeepers should leave the region and a mission of international organizations should come to Karabakh.

This in itself shows Pashinyan's desperation and political instability,

The deputy emphasized that the areas inhabited by Armenians in Karabakh, the Lachin-Khankendi road are the territory of Azerbaijan, an internal matter of Azerbaijan: "Therefore, the Vardanyan-Arutunyan couple and the terrorist elements led by them should be removed from the Karabakh region, and the criminals should answer to the laws of Azerbaijan.

Armenians in Karabakh can live within the framework of the Constitution and laws of Azerbaijan.

I am sure that the day is near when our former IDPs will return to Khankendi, Khojaly, Aghdara, Khojavend and other towns and settlements."
