Amin will have to present the Idgah report in the court by January 20.

Mathura:

A local court in Mathura has ordered an Amin survey of the Idgah on the claim of the Hindu army, just like in the Gyanvapi case of Varanasi regarding the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute.

The court has fixed January 20 as the next date for hearing in this matter.

Amin has been directed to file the related report before the court.

Plaintiff's advocate Shailesh Dubey said that on December 8, Vishnu Gupta, national president of Delhi-based Hindu Sena, and Surjit Singh Yadav, vice-president, claimed in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division (III) judge Sonika Verma that 13.37 acres of Shri Krishna's birthplace Idgah was prepared by Aurangzeb by demolishing the temple on the ground.

He presented before the court the entire history from the birth of Lord Krishna till the construction of the temple.

Along with this, he has also demanded the cancellation of the agreement made between Sri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh vs Shahi Idgah in the year 1968, calling it illegal.

Dubey told that while accepting the petition of the plaintiff for hearing, the court has ordered Amin to conduct a survey and report.
