The enemy has increased the volume of railway transport of personnel, military equipment and ammunition to the areas of hostilities.

This was announced in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the day of December 23, the Russian occupation army launched

missile and

air strikes.

Also, the enemy launched

attacks from rocket salvo systems.

The occupiers are concentrating their offensive efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut and Avdiiv areas.

On Kupyansky - they are trying to improve the tactical position.

On Novopavlivskyi, Zaporizhzhya and Khersonskyi - they defend themselves.

There is still a threat of air and missile strikes on critical infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine.

In the Volyn, Polis, Siver, and Slobozhan directions

, the situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected.

The occupiers plan to deploy a field hospital on the territory of Belarus.

Among them are Hoptivka, Kudiivka, Krasne, Zelene, Gatishche, Vovchansk, Varvarivka, Zybyne, Dvorichna and Zemlyanka of the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupian direction, the

enemy shelled the areas of fourteen settlements.

In particular, these are Vyshneve, Ivanivka, Zapadne, Kupyansk and Synkivka in the Kharkiv region and Kislivka, Yagidne, Kotlyarivka, Kuzemivka and Kolomiychikha in the Luhansk region.

In the Lymansky direction, the

occupiers again inflicted fire damage on the areas of Makiivka, Ploshanka, Chervonpopivka, and Dibrova in the Luhansk region.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the

enemy shelled the areas of twenty-two settlements.

Among them are Bilogorivka, Yakovlivka, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Bila Gora, Kurdyumivka, Druzhba, Zalizne and Vesele of the Donetsk region.

In addition, airstrikes were recorded near Spirny and Bilogorivka.

Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske and Maryinka in Donetsk region were damaged by enemy fire in the Avdiiv region

In the direction of Novopavlivsk, the

enemy fired tanks and artillery at the districts of Paraskoviyvka, Vugledar, Zolota Niva and Velika Novosilka of the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the

Russian occupiers continue to terrorize civilians living along the right bank of the Dnipro River.

More than forty settlements were shelled by rocket and barrel artillery.

In particular, these are Zaliznychne, Charivne, Orihiv, Magdalinivka, and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Kherson, Respublikanets, Dniprovske, Yantarne, Bilozerka, and Stanislav in the Kherson region.

The enemy also carried out an airstrike near Kamianskyi.

In order to strengthen administrative and police measures in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, about

servicemen from the Russian Guard have arrived in the city of Berdyansk.

During the day, the Ukrainian aviation carried out

strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the enemy.

Units of the missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit

control points,

ammunition depots and

areas of concentration of the occupiers' manpower.

Information on enemy losses is being clarified.

As of December 22, the enemy's total combat losses amount to 100,400 personnel.
