It is very difficult to create a majority with a clear direction and goal in this National Assembly.

This was stated by Svetlin Tachev from the sociological agency "Gallup" to the BNR.

What they are doing from "We continue the change" is the same as what GERB did

, he pointed out in the program "Before all" with Silvia Velikova.

And explained:

"

Both formations are aware that they most likely will not form a cabinet, and most likely they don't want to do it

. They have no way of forming a majority. Both formations - with both the first and the second term, are aware that such a thing can very hardly happen, but they must do their best to show that they did try to overthrow a government, because the fear is that one of them might be found guilty of not trying to form a cabinet in the winter months and in conditions of political crisis".

With the second mandate, things are almost over

, Tachev thinks.

He emphasized that the deputies have been dealing with the Electoral Code for more than 2 months:

"

As much as they deal with the Electoral Code, they are more likely to prepare for elections than to govern

. Instead of looking for bridges with which to find some possibility of a minimum consensus with which to govern, on the contrary - the gap between them continues to deepen".

The shootings between the groups themselves do not lead to anything constructive

, Svetlin Tachev is categorical.

There are no indications that there is any talk of forming a government at all, he added.

The return of the paper ballot is the main dividing line

and it is very difficult to overcome, he believes.

According to him, the

BSP has finally separated from the PP

.

Tachev explained that this was the main thing that GERB wanted to do with the return of the paper ballot.

For many years, the BSP was considered a party of the status quo, Tachev recalled and added that after 2021, the party managed to switch to the parties of change.

At the moment, however, they have returned to the starting position

, he expressed his opinion.

According to him, the BSP has isolated itself from everyone.

The party is in decline and this opens space for some other party, he believes.

According to Svetlin Tachev, the chances of forming a cabinet with the third mandate are minimal.

He pointed out that if the mandate is given to "Bulgarian Rise", then the smallest group should bear the biggest burden.

I'm not sure that the formations themselves would like to rule in such a majority, which they can hardly manage, Tachev expressed his opinion.

According to him, "Democratic Bulgaria" seems to be the most logical option for obtaining the third mandate, because the party is dialogical.

The question is whether Rumen Radev would choose them, he said.

No matter how many times the BSP received the third mandate, they failed to form a government, Svetlin Tachev also recalled.
