Countries that ignore the concept of justice are doomed to collapse and a decline in public confidence.

Any contradictions between power structures inevitably affect society.

Turkey's modern history is an example of such crises, Turkish President Recep Erdogan said, addressing the participants in the conference on constitutional law in the Islamic world, which began today at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul, reported Anadolu Agency, quoted by BTA.

The Turkish head of state noted that any deviation from the rule of law inevitably reduces respect for the judiciary and the executive.

In the coming year, new reforms are planned in Turkey aimed at improving the power structures.

The reforms will increase the efficiency of the executive branch, as well as contribute to the work of the legislative and executive branches, Erdogan said.

The Turkish leader noted that the steps taken in recent years have made it possible to guarantee at the constitutional level not only the independence, but also the impartiality of the Turkish judicial system, which has removed a gap in the country's legal system.

The Turkish president criticized the biased policy of Western countries in the field of human rights.

Countries that are unable to recognize the legacy of the colonial past are trying to teach Turkey about human rights and the rule of law, Erdogan stressed.

Those who, at the slightest threat to their own security, destroy everything in their path, this reflects on the effectiveness of Turkey's legal system and justice.

Those who see nothing reprehensible in supporting bloody terrorist organizations in different countries of the world try to lecture us on the subject of human rights.

The structures that form "barriers" on the way of migrants from Syria, Iraq and African countries are at the same time favorable to PKK terrorists and Fethullah Gulen, the Turkish president said.

Erdogan again warned Greece

Erdogan noted that there are numerous files on the crimes of FETO leader Fethullah Gulen.

However, in the country where the terrorist is located, the law enforcement authorities have not yet knocked on the door of his villa, Erdogan said.

The Turkish president also drew attention to Greece's gross violations of international humanitarian law.

"The lawlessness committed by Greece against migrants has reached appalling proportions," Erdogan stressed.
