On December 14, the head of state signed a decree returning for a new discussion provisions from the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Electoral Code, adopted by the 48th National Assembly on December 2 this year.

In his reasons, Radev states that the effective control exercised by citizens through elections requires trust in the electoral rules.
