"We learned almost at the last moment that the third round of negotiations will not take place.

I reminded that the first round of negotiations took place in October in Geneva, the second round in November in Washington, and the third round was planned to be held in Moscow.

APA reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this at a joint press conference on the results of his talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

The minister noted that the Armenian side presented a new package of proposals to Baku shortly before the meeting: "But we sent proposals to Armenia a month ago.

"After presenting the proposals, the Armenian side declared that Azerbaijan is refusing the meeting and thereby tried to create a wrong public opinion by spreading disinformation."
