Russian dictator Vladimir

Putin

continues to use nuclear threats in his rhetoric to reassure his country's population and intimidate the West.

Analysts of the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW)

write

about this .

Analysts noted that the Russian dictator's statements about the Sarmat missiles and the Avangard warhead do not indicate preparations for their use.

"The Kremlin regularly uses nuclear rhetoric to demonstrate the power of the far-right Russian community, which has accused the Russian Defense Ministry of failing to take aggressive enough steps to support the war in Ukraine and demand that the West reduce "escalating" aid to Ukraine and continue negotiations on Russian terms, hinting at the possibility of nuclear escalation," ISW explained.

Experts also analyzed the previous statements of the Russian leadership about nuclear weapons in order to influence the West and its citizens, and came to the conclusion that the Kremlin is not going to use nuclear weapons.

We will remind, earlier the former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that the statements of the dictator Vladimir Putin about the nuclear triad are a standard "swinging of a nuclear club", because

nuclear weapons remain the dictator's last and only trump card

.

In addition, earlier Russian political analyst Valery Solovei believes that Putin is morally and psychologically

ready to use nuclear weapons

, but is no longer sure that such an order will be carried out.
