The deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, a loyal ally of Putin and the former Russian president, Dmytro Medvedev, reacted inappropriately to a journalist's question about whether his son would go to serve in the army after raising the conscription age in Russia.

Serhii Yezhov, a journalist of the investigative project The Insider, published the reaction of a Russian high-ranking official to his proposal on Twitter.

"If, as Shoigu said, the conscription age will be increased to 30, then this patriotic citizen with the "United Russia" party ticket named Ilya Dmytrovych Medvedev still has a chance to serve his country. And sign a contract from the first day. He will be the first to go to the military commissar, probably , Dmitry Medvedev?"

Yezhov asked and pointed to Medvedev Sr.

As you know, 27-year-old Ilya Medvedev, who is a member of Putin's party, will be subject to new criteria for being drafted into the army.

Shortly after this publication, the deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, who writes chauvinistic posts about the war on social media, blocked the journalist instead of answering a reasonable question.

A surprised Yezhov immediately published a screenshot of the addition to the blacklist.

As reported, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu, believes that it is necessary to increase the size of the Russian army to 1.5 million people.

He also proposed to gradually increase the age of enlistment of citizens from 18 to 21 years.

The maximum age of conscripts should be up to 30 years.

We will remind you that earlier the former President of Russia, Deputy Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmytro Medvedev issued a new mad statement from an alternative history: he declared that the Ukrainian capital is a "Russian city" and threatened a new attack on Kyiv.
