The provision stipulates that, in addition to a serious or especially serious crime, one may be deprived of the rank and promotion for "violation of the order of organizing or holding mass events, propaganda or public demonstration, production, distribution of Nazi symbols or paraphernalia, distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls to extremist activities or promoting such activities."



The reason may be "other actions that harm state or public interests or discredit special funds."



Those deprived of their rank will have to return cash payments within six months, badges and certificates within a month.

In the event that the deprived person is serving a prison sentence, the term of refund will be extended.



The decision to revoke the title will be taken by the fund councils, and approved by Lukashenka.

    Yevhen was detained after "chains of solidarity" in Minsk on July 14, 2020 and accused of violence against security forces.

    While studying at BSU, Kalinovsky completed internships abroad, including in the USA.

    He was awarded the "Person of the Year of Vitebsk Region" award and was included in the Lukashenka Foundation "for social support of gifted pupils and students, for the support of talented youth."
