 , Ukrainian women are invited to take free courses on finding a job in their specialty from Fundacja Rozwoju Społeczetsa Informacyjnego.

The training program is designed for Ukrainian women who were forced to move to Poland after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

Courses are available both online and offline.

Thanks to these courses, Ukrainian women who worked in the field of private enterprises, logistics, data analysis, finance, trade or administration will be able to find a job in their specialty. 

Online classes start in January and last 6 weeks.

Online training - only in English, offline - in Polish).

To pass the courses, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are from Ukraine and looking for a job in Warsaw or its surroundings;

  • You have experience in areas such as logistics, finance, data analysis, private enterprise, trade or administration

  • You need support and mentoring in order to find a job in the Polish labor market;

  • You want to learn and further develop your competencies;

  • You have stable time to take offline or online courses;

  • You know Polish or English at a communicative level.

  • In order to apply for participation in the course, you need to fill out the questionnaire at this link, after that there will be two more rounds of selection - an interview and signing of documents.

    Ukrainian entrepreneurs most often organize activities in the IT sphere, logistics, and the beauty industry. 

    An earlier survey by Gremi Personal showed that half of Ukrainian refugees 

    had significantly improved their standard of living after being forced to move to Poland.
